April 25th.....That sounds like a good day!

So.......do you see how successful and diligent I've been?  Not so......

So I'm at it again and this time I mean it.

I said I mean it.

I'm telling on myself.  How?  Well I'll be posting on my regular blog about this blog and everyone will stop over to see what this is all about.

It's all about the eating for now.  I can't even jog with this dumb elbow!  Well a person has to start somewhere.

Food for today.........

breakfast:  Mrs. Baird's honey wheat bread (1 piece) with PB (thin)
160 calories
lunch:  Mr. Burger hamburger + 8 of Reno's fries
600 calories
snack:  V8 (5.5 oz), 1 piece of Angel Food Cake (homemade), 1 hershey kiss, 1 miniature Reese's egg
222 calories
supper:  green chile chicken bake (tortillas, cheese, sour cream......very bad), salad Olive Garden Italian dressing
392 calories

This is about 109 calories over 1200.  I know, I know....1200 isn't very many.  Take into consideration that I haven't been exercising at all.

Not so good, but at least I'm writing it down though
