So.......do you see how successful and diligent I've been? Not so......
So I'm at it again and this time I mean it.

It's all about the eating for now. I can't even jog with this dumb elbow! Well a person has to start somewhere.
Food for today.........
breakfast: Mrs. Baird's honey wheat bread (1 piece) with PB (thin)
160 calories
lunch: Mr. Burger hamburger + 8 of Reno's fries
600 calories
snack: V8 (5.5 oz), 1 piece of Angel Food Cake (homemade), 1 hershey kiss, 1 miniature Reese's egg
222 calories
supper: green chile chicken bake (tortillas, cheese, sour cream......very bad), salad Olive Garden Italian dressing
392 calories
This is about 109 calories over 1200. I know, I know....1200 isn't very many. Take into consideration that I haven't been exercising at all.
Not so good, but at least I'm writing it down though

Day 1
So yesterday evening I receive a text from Sarah. This is how it went.........
This is what I ate today.
Breakfast: smoothie
Ice, mixed berry fruit, spinach, ground flax, almond milk, and strawberry greek yogurt.
Snack: 5 cocoa dusted almonds
Lunch: sandwhich, 8 regular pringles, 1/3 cup cottage cheese
Snack:
Supper: 1 small round steak in gravy, 1 piece whole grain bread, 1 small corn on cob(no butter)
Exercise.....nope, not today. Better luck tomorrow. lol
See the monkey bars below. I can only do one pull up at a time and that is by cheating and standing on the bar. Pathetic, I know.
